A four-foot area on all sides of the pole
We recommend that each girl have a pair of shorts for some of the more advanced tricks, but we provide extras in our costume trunk.
If you can avoid lotions and oils the day of the party it will be easier to grip the pole.

A swimsuit or undergarment so we can practice taking clothes off without really getting naked.
Each girl should bring the highest, sexiest heels she owns.
Make-up and hair equipment you have is good but not required.

pros like how to walk in six inch heels or how to glue on fake eyelashes. We bring new
light to posture and body language and how it reveals so much about a person.Ê Plus we
teach you how to give the perfect lap dance (without giggling the whole time).Ê
